Dosa

An easy to make option in the morning as well good for digestion packed with protein and good carbs made with rice and pulses flour . There are even two options available: PLAIN AND MASALA DOSA pairing it with nariyal chutney or coconut chutney and sambar will make your day but it is completely optional.

Idli

This is also made up of rice with a little bit of fermentation. Hence, good for our gut health as well as it has no cholesterol making a heart friendly food.

Vada

A dish from Maharashtra is another healthy alternative for the vegetarians of the world as it is made up of rice grains and peanuts can be added for more taste and nutrients.
