1. Limit your outdoor activities as heat strokes are quite common during this hot weather.
2. Seek appropriate protection by wearing light weight,cotton and durable clothes,hats or
scarves.
3. You can increase the intake of water rich foods like coconut, watermelon,melons etc.
4. Also,don’t forget to protect your skin with these harsh UV rays by wearing sunscreen
with SPF 30 or more.
5. And most importantly,don’t forget to drink gallons of water.
